The commodities listed here are:
- offered here since we have no current requirement for these for our regular clients, and are hence presented to any capable and verifiable buyer.
- those from several exporters/processors with whom we have good working relationships.
- incase where there are 2 lots of similar commodities with differing prices, please note that different processors providing their lots to sell will have their own systems of pricing.
General conditions:
1) PB: None.
2) Inspection: Q&Q at load port at our expense as seller.
3) Payment: By an irrevocable, confirmed, transferable DLC payable 100% at sight - issued by any western prime bank.
4) Buyers to show experience in the product line of their interest to a minimum of 3 years to ensure that we do not waste our time.
5) We reserve the right to request the buyer for an industry or bank reference and/or financial ability to undertake a transaction.
6) Brokers: We will pay you a commission dependant on the product. Please note that we do not engage in broker-communication on any product unless you have a verifiable buyer. Additionally fyi - other than the commission that we will pay you, we do not permit any 'add-on' or 'inflations' to our prices.
