Procedure

 

 

1.      Current dated LOI / ICPO preferably accompanied with a

              BCL (by fax or scanned document).

2.      FCO (Full Corporate Offer).

3.      Buyer returns counter-signed FCO.

4.      Contracting.

         (Commissions - if any protected by FPA's).

5.      L/C issued within 7 days of contracting.

6.      Performance bond issued within 7 days of receipt of LC.

7.      Shipment / Contract execution

 

 

  Please bear in mind the following...

  • Ensure that you send only genuine requirements since it is our intention to satisfy your requirements. YOUR time is as valuable as OURS.

  • It would be advisable to have a Target price since based upon this we will be able to work backwards to calculate local procurement in the country of origin, transport to port, loading, freight, banking cost to arrive at a probable matching price or one nearest to it.

  • Offers for current (not futures) will be based on prevalent market prices. These are determined by a variety of factors such as demand / supply, exchange rates, commodity availability, local (in the country of origin) governmental policies....etc.

  • Make sure that the documents you send are faxed or scanned - since email documents are not acceptable. 

  • Generally Corporate offers are sent out within 36-48 hours of receipt of an order.

  • If you are an intermediary -  then please know that we work with honesty and sincerity in all our transactions. You will be provided with the standard guarantee w.r.t commission's.

  • If you require an NCND before you forward us any enquiry, please view, print the same from this web-site - complete it at your end & send it to us. It will be completed here & duly returned to you.

  • Any and all information that you send us will be confidential.
